We have 15 QC staff, 3 groups to control quality from raw material, cutting, labeling, sewing, to packing.
Quality Control Procedures
The first group to check raw material, if there is any problem with raw material, we report to purchasing department and ask to them replace it; the specially-assigned person inspect cutting piece to avoid any problem cutting to flow into sewing line; we have QC that checks every logo, for any problem they reject it and replace with good quality logo panel; QC checks production flow to packing they make sure every step is follow client's request perfectly.
